Online Fitness Classes
LivFit provides a range of online fitness classes designed to help you achieve your goals, no matter where you are on your personal fitness journey. Whether you're starting out with gentle exercise or need a new challenge to push you further than you can go on your own, Livfit will help you reach your targets.
If you have very specific goals and want the personal touch, LivFit offers one-to-one personal training, either virtually or in-person in a COVID-safe setting. We work together to assess your goals, and what you enjoy, to come up with a training plan to suit you as an individual.
